This pedal sounds fantastic. In any settings the pedal adds a slight compression to the sound making it lush and thicker. Abslolutely love this feature.
All the different settings sound amazing. Most pedals have their sweet spot or the fav setup and usually we leave it there. With this pedal whatever we tried it was just amazing, couldn’t stop playing it. I remember seeing Frusciante having 3 of the original MFs and I thought why he needs that many. Now I understand why and we probably get an other one of the Mesquerfresquer for gigging.
Additional treat that the Mesquerfresquer is silent. We have plenty of different modulation pedals and all of them are quite noisy. Despite having massive pedalboard and the MF is right in the middle of it it’s so nice and quiet, absolutely love it. In fact when switched on the hum of the entire pedalboard reduced significantly.
It sounds great too when driven by the Empyrean or an other fuzz or overdrive. The lead sound is an absolute killer. Pure joy to listen.
Sounds incredible, honestly it's probably as close as you're gonna get to a real Moogerfooger, but at a fraction of the cost and in a much more compact enclosure so it'll actually fit on your board. 10/10
I am delighted to finally have this in hand. I found myself watching youtube videos of this one and was amazed at the price for something that sounded so good! It looks fantastic and very well made. It doesnt take up too much space but its got that desirable aesthetic! I had a lot of fun with the gain knob and turning all the different settings up and down. Even with no other effects, the phaser sounded really nice and i just know im going to have a lot of fun with this! I may go back to the youtube demos to really get to know it better! I'm looking forward to using an expression pedal with the various options too! Thank you so much! I cant wait to see what you come out with next!

Great replica of the original, but with a smaller footprint. The black enclosure looks superb. The pots are running very smooth, the 2-way switches feel robust, and the soft footswitch is a nice feature.
The sound is as expected, I could easily replicate e.g. the "Throw away your TV" deep phasing swirls. However, the pedal can do much more. Subtle modulation, deep phasing or even very fast LFO settings allow sounds similar to a ring mod or synth.
The pedal also interacts well with other effects. It goes well with overdriven or distorted sounds, delays, or even another Chorus on top.
Some Phasers tend to sound a little quieter as the dry signal (e.g. my MXR Phase 90). The Drive and Level pots of the MF can either compensate or even act as a boost (if wanted).
All in all, outstanding pedal, I am very satisfied. Jordan really cares about his customers!
